Piedmont Community Service Crew Volunteer at Make it Home
On Sunday October 24th, a dozen members and adults of PCSC volunteered at Make it Home, an organization that helps formerly homeless people who have just found housing by providing much needed household items so they can finally have all it takes to make that housing a “home”.
We refinished donated furniture, sorted and organized donations, and assembled items. PCSC promotes up cycling by collecting local household items and furniture and delivering them to Make it Home. The crew is planning to go back at the end of November. This is one example of the range of activities and projects that PCSC organizes. Please contact us for more information:
